Our Story

We saw how it was being done.

We knew it could be done better.

ABP was founded in December 2020 in Colombo, Sri Lanka by Ushan Nadarajah and Charith Pussadeniya – both with years inside financial services firms across the UK, Australia, and NZ. They understood the operational pressures from the inside.

Most practices weren’t failing because of bad advice. They were failing operationally. The structure underneath was never built properly. ABP was built to fix that.

Ushan has spent his career working inside financial services firms across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, including HSBC Global Banking & Markets. He’s seen the same operational problem repeat itself across every market: good advisers, good practices, completely stuck because the structure underneath was never built right. ABP was his answer to that. He leads the firm’s growth strategy and works directly with principals on practice transformation.
